Oh I don’t think I’ve ever seen this statue. Where was it taken ? In the Cinquantenaire ?
I’m pretty sure you would have! I guess it looks different because of the side angle shot. It’s next to Palais de Justice – if I’m not mistaken.

This snap was taken two years back and I was a bit confused. 🙂 It does look like Cinquantenaire, but it isn’t. Basil argues that it is.
I don’t think I ever been there. I remember passing in front of it with the tram and bus, but never had a proper look at the statue ! 😉
All I remember is that we had to park somewhere else and walked to reach this point. In the distance, we saw the Atomium. 🙂 Maybe, the next time you visit Brussels, you could find this place!
